Secret Story: You Are

‘You are not a drop in the ocean, you are the ocean in a drop’. -Rumi

This gorgeous femme with her emerald green hair was inspired by the beautiful quote by Rumi:

‘You are not a drop in the ocean, you are the ocean in a drop.’

Sometimes it’s easy to feel like we are lacking: this femme is here to remind you that you are enough.

My femme features swirling hair, like the curve of waves. Green; the colour representing balance and harmony. Stylised shell shapes feature in her crown, representing good fortune and beauty. The pearls represent not only femininity, but hidden knowledge, also offering you protection and bringing good luck. My femme's looking whimsical, thoughtful, peaceful. She knows she loves and is loved in return. As you are.

The background was inspired by the beautiful Japanese wave pattern Seigaiha, representing good luck, power and resilience. Seaweed features and means ‘progress that remains unseen’, appropriate given it grows under water.

Little starfish feature in her shawl, reminding us of our ability to regenerate and renew ourselves. I hope when you look at her you are reminded you really are the ocean.
